When I should be focused on only the road...

This is when I get most of my ideas. There's something about those slithering white lines of seduction that beg me to drive on... The ordinarily perceived mundane roll of the road (most likely combined with the drone of some empty pop music on 95.5) gives me the perfect uninterrupted atmosphere that spawns the growth of some of the most random projects in the right quadrant of my brain. The idea starts as a small nugget of a thought, and as it grows I find that it's consumed my attention and I've driven 30 miles past my exit.

When I was a kid, I was the girl who would sit on the bus and stare out the window watching the scenery roll by. Eyes scanning the dizzying blur of landscape hoping to see something new, something I may have missed before and something I may never see again. The roll of the road is infinitely entertaining to me, and I look forward to posting my ideas inspired by it, in all different forms of completion. The following posts will be the ideas that hatch while in the Mazda 66.

This blog is dedicated to my development as an "idea person" - Giving the projects I dream up a place to steep. Feel free to critique!
